Through education, outreach and collaboration, the organization bridges the gap between research and application. While the site tends to lean more toward architectural design, it also includes a blog detailing national design events, a list of the country’s leading design schools, and an ongoing archive of research, designs and advancements made by Canadian students and professionals. One of the most recent initiatives is Computational Design Canada, a team from Simon Fraser University studying how technology is changing the way products are designed. Working on a project?
