Drake Hotel
When it opened in 2004, Drake changed the face of West Queen West. Paul Syme and John Tong of 3rd Uncle, and Lisa Mann, who custom-created the boho-flavoured furniture, performed the flophouse- to-funky-hotel transformation. There are 19 sleek guest rooms, rooftop and sidewalk patios, a cafe and restaurant and, most popular, an underground music venue.
