In a reverse-snowbird move, Florida company Modani Furniture imported its Miami aesthetic to a single Canadian outpost, bringing Toronto shoppers modern beach-chic furniture at budget-friendly prices.
Smooth, ultra-luxe sectionals and platform beds are a highlight, as are dining and patio sets flaunting plenty of synthetic rattan. Out-of-the-ordinary accents include mod-inspired lounge chairs in neutral or vibrant upholsteries, dressers fashioned from stacked trunks and glass tables that extend with the swirl of a finger. White-glove delivery rounds out the service.
